Terry and Dave began working together as teenagers at Inlaid Floors in 1965. After 10 years, they ventured out as installers on their own. They soon combined their names to create Wingren Floors and have never looked back. Now on Northfield Road in their third building and in charge of 10 inside staff and dozens of installers, their roles have changed some, but both still act as installers when the job requires their experience and skills.

George brings to the company a wealth of experience from the construction industry. Beginning his career in jobsite cost accounting, he subsequently completed an apprenticeship earning his Journeyman’s Certificate in Carpentry. After 15 years spent building custom homes George returned to Sprott~Shaw College of Business in 1995 to upgrade his business and accounting skills and has been with Wingren Floors since 2004.
Eilene (E.T.) - et@wingrenfloors.com
Eilene, or E.T. as she is known by her co-workers and customers, was born here in Nanaimo. She worked for Wingren Floors almost two decades ago and, following moves to the Comox Valley and then Abbotsford, Eilene returned to Nanaimo. In 2005 she rejoined the Wingren Team as Receptionist and Showroom Manager.

is originally from Quebec and has over 50 years of experience in the flooring industry. Following a 20 year career as General Manager for Crossley Carpets in Quebec, Clement joined the Wingren Sales Team in 2002.

Our head Warehouseman, Steve has been with us since 1984 and controls the ordering and receiving of all products. His extensive knowledge of floor coverings and installation is invaluable to the Wingren Team and lends itself greatly to the scheduling of the installation crews.

John came to Wingren more than 5 years ago from a career in the home improvement industry. He is now one of the top sales people and excels at meeting the needs of his customers.

Katherine is the newest and youngest member of the Wingren Sales Team but her flair for customer service and desire to learn make her a favorite of staff and clients alike.
